Shannon Shuman Martin
Shannon is the founder and qualifying broker of Retail Leasing Advisors and brings over fifteen years of commercial real estate experience to the organization.
Shannon's strong relationships with national and local retailers and their brokers, combined with her market knowledge, has established Retail Leasing Advisors as a reputable boutique firm specializing in retail leasing and consultation services for landlords and developers. She works with the local community to ensure that each center has the best blend of retailers and service providers to meet the community's needs. Since founding Retail Leasing Advisors, Shannon has successfully leased nearly forty projects in various stages of development from new construction to existing, including fifteen Publix and Kroger anchored centers, multi-anchored community centers and numerous neighborhood centers. She understands the importance of creating a mutually beneficial relationship between the landlord and tenant; and strives, in all economies, to staiblize and add value to each project. She values her lasting relationship with the clients she has served.
Prior to Retail Leasing Advisors, Shannon worked with Arcane Properties, CNM Associates (Ben Carter Properties) and CB Richard Ellis.
Shannon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in Real Estate and Marketing from The University of Georgia. She is a licensed broker in the state of Georgia. She is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Atlanta Commercial Boards of Realtors.
Angie Shuman Hutson
Angie is an associate with Retail Leasing Advisors and brings financial and customer service experience to the team. Her account management and strategic planning background has been instrumental with client consultation services. Angie is responsible for additional leasing efforts of the portfolio; and is instrumental in preparing and maintaining marketing resources and daily administration for Retail Leasing Advisors.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, Angie worked in the financial services industry. She earned a Bachelor of Science from The University of Georgia, and is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia. In addition to her valuable contributions to Retail Leasing Advisors, she is also a devoted mother and active in her community.
