Shannon Shuman Martin
Shannon Shuman Martin is the founder and qualifying broker of Retail Leasing Advisors and brings over ten years of commercial real estate experience to the organization. She is responsible for the execution of retail leasing transactions and consultation services.
Shannon's strong relationships with national, regional, local retailers and brokers combined with her market knowledge has positioned Retail Leasing Advisors, as a reputable firm specializing in retail leasing and consultation services for the retail industry. She works with the local community to ensure that each center has the best blend of retailers to serve the community's needs and offers the best solutions for the landlord.
Prior to Retail Leasing Advisors, Shannon was a leasing associate at Arcane Properties, Inc. where she developed a top tier portfolio of clients. During her tenure at CNM Associates (Ben Carter Properties), Shannon leased a large portfolio of shopping centers in the Southeast for institutional owners and investors. Before CNM Associates, Shannon worked with CB Commercial (CB Richard Ellis) where she developed her expertise in marketing, research and technology utilization in real estate.
Shannon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in Real Estate and Marketing from The University of Georgia. She is a licensed broker in the state of Georgia. She is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Atlanta Commercial Boards of Realtors.
Angie S. Hutson
Angie S. Hutson is an associate with Retail Leasing Advisors and brings financial and customer service experience to the team. Her account management and strategic planning background has been instrumental with client consultation services. Hutson is responsible for additional leasing efforts of the portfolio.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, Angie worked in the financial services industry. She earned a Bachelor of Science from The University of Georgia, and is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia.
